Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, profile picture (optional).
• Workspace data: agenda items, comments, attachments you upload.
• Usage data: feature use, page views and AI operation counts.
• Billing data: handled by iyzico (we don't see your card number).

How we use it

• To run the service (sync your agenda, render the UI, send notifications).
• To improve the product, in aggregate.
• To detect abuse and protect users.

Third parties

We send only what's necessary to those providers, and we never give them your billing details outside iyzico.

• Firebase (Google) — auth, database, hosting.
• iyzico — billing.
• OpenAI — AI item analysis and meeting-note extraction.
• Google Gemini — voice transcription.

Your choices

• Export or delete your data at any time from Settings (data deletion takes effect within 30 days of request).
• Opt out of analytics in Settings.
