1. The service
Ghenda AI ("the service") is a collaborative digital agenda. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. Don't try to break it, reverse-engineer it, abuse other users, or use it to do anything illegal.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you choose. You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day Pro trial. Beyond that, we don't generally offer refunds; contact support@useghenda.com for exceptions.
6. AI features
Ghenda uses third-party AI providers to power voice-to-task and meeting note extraction. We send the minimum content required to those providers. Treat AI output as a draft and review it before acting on it.
7. Data ownership
Your data is yours. We process it to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghenda AI is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify users by email before material changes take effect.
